Montana's Hub for Gyrotonic Practices
Established in 2016, we are here to serve those seeking healing and growth through movement. We work with professional and recreational athletes and artists. We work with those seeking overall fitness. We work with those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. We are also a training facility for teachers in the method.
Our Story
Kate Jordan Augusto established the business (originally Kinetic Body Missoula) in 2016, with the intention of bringing the Gyrotonic practices to Montana. New to the area, she partnered with Pilates teacher Kirsten Cherubini to offer the work in Downtown Missoula. In 2021 the business expanded to a new location inside the STA Performing Arts Center. This space allows Gyrotonic Missoula to offer group classes and directly serve the dance population in the area. We are currently building our offering of Gyrotonic Training courses as well, hosting talented Master Trainers from around the world to teach courses.

Gyrotonic Missoula is housed inside the STA Performing Arts Center, at 2500 Murphy Street, on Missoula’s west side. This location is bright, conveniently located near major shopping centers and easily accessed from Broadway Street. Free parking is available in front of the building or in the parking lot to the side of the building.
